My craft room doubles as the kids craft room. So, not only do I create planners in there, but my kids come in and do all of their school projects. Between my 3 older girls, they’ve had a total of 7 projects to do in the last few weeks. My craft room is turned upside down right now! I can’t wait to get in there and get rid of all the extra stuff, so it is easier to keep clean between all of these projects.
No matter what kinds of projects happen in your craft room (or wherever you keep your craft supplies), decluttering what you don’t use or need often will let you enjoy all the other crafts so much better.

Now on to your assignment for the week …
Week #6 – Craft Room (or Supplies)
Here are the areas to declutter each day to complete the craft room. If you do not have a specific craft room, do the areas where you store materials for your hobbies. If those are in multiple places around the house, try organizing them together in one place as it makes sense. This will make later organizing easier.
Monday – gather and sort craft supplies
Tuesday – children’s crafts
Wednesday – fabric, ribbon and sewing
Thursday – painting supplies
Friday – paper and paper tools
Saturday – any remaining craft materials
Sunday – rest for the week ahead
