Easy Ribs

If you love ribs but hate the work, try this easy and tasty version!
Ingredients
  • Rack of Ribs
  • 2+ cups Barbecue Sauce (store bought or home made)
Instructions
  1. Open up your package of ribs and use kitchen scissors to cut between the bones and divide the rack into individual ribs.
  2. Place the ribs in the bottom of a big stock pot and cover with cool warm water. Turn burner to medium-high heat.
  3. Keep on eye on the pot: as soon as the water boils, turn the heat off and let sit in the hot water for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Using tongs, remove all the ribs from the water into a large baking dish or jelly roll pan.
  5. Use a sauce brush and rub barbecue sauce over all the ribs. Be generous with the sauce.
  6. Now you cook the flavor into the meat, pick one of these two ways -
  7. Option for Baking: Keep the ribs separated in a large baking dish or jelly roll pan. Bake at 375 F for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Option for Grilling: Heat the grill to 350 F (high heat) and grill the ribs for ~10 minutes, until there are grill marks. Keep an eye on it, so you don't overcook!
