Magnolia Market Tour of Inspiration

A few weekends ago my sister-in-law Jenny invited me to drive to Waco, TX with her to check out Magnolia Market. Magnolia Market is THE place created by Chip and Joanna Gaines, where the twin Silos exist. I’m a big fan of Fixer Upper. And yes, that means I’m CRAZY EXCITED about the announcement of a Magnolia line at Target! My little day trip to experience their store in Waco didn’t disappoint. I’m going to take you on a little photo tour of all the beauty.

I find a lot of decorating and organizing inspiration while I “window shop” cute shops. I love to do it so much, that I should probably label it a hobby. Stores have to really brainstorm how to present their goods in a good looking way, so they can be a huge source of awesome ideas. Of course, Magnolia Market took inspiration to a whole new level!

Of all the tempting things I saw, I ended up buying a big wooden bowl. I don’t let myself buy things if I don’t know exactly where it will go and what I’ll do with it. I don’t want beautiful things sitting around becoming clutter. I knew just what I’d do with it. It is on my table holding my cloth napkins. (I’m going to give it a little stain. More on that when I’m finished.)

Was there any part of this tour that inspired you? What was your favorite item in the store? Of course there were hundreds more items I didn’t feature, but these were the things that called out to me. I’d love to hear what called out to you!

From my home to yours,
Mary

Yay! I can see your posts in Feedly again! I really loved those metal stools. Couldn’t see the price, so I’m going to have to check it out online. Also really loved the lanterns – so gorgeous in a big display of three.

Thank you! And the stools are from overstock. They’ve been great.

Mary, do you know where the pot rack under the vent-a-hood came from. I’ve searched the web high and low and can’t find it…

I might be a little late to the party here, but I am a Fixer Upper addict! I can’t get enough of it. Love all the pics you took! I would love to visit sometime. What speaks to me are the metal signs, especially “grow old along with me, the best is yet to be”. And I absolutely love the big clocks. It’s not just the show, it’s the chemistry between Chip and Joanna. They’re just good people. Family always comes first.

I love them so much too! I already feel like I need another trip back (for inspiration) now that we’re in a new house.
