I asked Lisa D. for permission to share this, because when I saw her post in the Facebook group, it was just too awesome not to share.
I’ll let you see her idea as I saw it –
In case it is hard to read a picture, this is what she says:
Mom’s request for Christmas: help going through things in her house. I wanted her to have something to open Christmas morning and came up with this. Hoping we can all follow along with the challenge and feel better in our homes. The calendar is to mark what dates I will be there to help. Pretty excited to get started this weekend! I included a timer that says “Even 15 minutes makes a difference!” π₯°π

This is one of the greatest gifts of service I’ve ever seen. I’m a big believer in the 5 Love Languages, so when I saw this I thought, that is the perfect gift of service. It is just so thoughtful. One of my favorite parts is how she prepped all the stuff so her mom had something to open.
Thanks so much, Lisa, for sharing this in the group and allowing me to share it here. I just know you’ll inspire others to show love to the people in their life.
From my home to yours,
Mary

Such a fantastic way to gift organization and decluttering! My 86 year old mom and I have been decluttering together on Tuesday’s at 10am every week for about six months. It has been a challenge but a great bonding time! I have heard so many family stories from her. I highly recommend this for other mother/daughter non-clutter gifts!

That’s such a beautiful gift of your time. I know you will always treasure this time with her!
