Best Ways to Use Your Editable PDF Calendar
DOWNLOAD AND SAVE: The first thing you’ll do is download and save the pdf file to your personal computer. You can “save as” multiple times and use the calendar for different purposes. Maybe you would save as Family Birthdays, Church Activities, Club Meetings and Activities, or whatever you want!
USE ADOBE ACROBAT OR PREVIEW: With Editable PDFs, you’ll need to use specific software that knows how to edit a pdf. Adobe Acrobat is the best one and you can download it for free. Preview also works. There might be other programs that work too, but test and be sure.
WHAT IS EDITABLE: Through the years, there has been a little confusion about what is editable. When you open the file, the fields that are highlighted are what is editable. You can not edit the template of the calendar itself, only where you see it highlighted.
HIGHLIGHTED FIELDS PRINT CLEAR: On your computer, the highlighted fields reveal where you edit, but when you print, the highlighted fields print clear!
SAVE YOUR PROGRESS: Make sure to save your pdf after you make any changes. That way you can close and open that file anytime and all of your inputs will still be there.
