Now, here’s some important tips for using Editable PDFs if you decide to subscribe for your FREE editable version…
Tips for Editable PDFs (Based on Frequently Asked Questions)
Download the printable and save it onto your computer. Please don’t try to start editing the dropbox version. You will not be able to save that version and you’ll lose progress. Download and save first!
Unless you have a specific app that handles editable pdfs on your phone, you’ll need to do editing on your computer. The programs I know will work are Adobe Acrobat or Preview. You probably will not have success trying to edit and save in your web browser.
Once you save it to your computer, save it every time you open and make changes. This is the beauty of editable pdfs – you get to save your changes!
The purple areas that are highlighted are where you can edit. The purple will not show up when you print. When printed, it will appear to be clear background to whatever words you added or didn’t add.
If you want to use a multiple copy of the calendar (one for family, one for church, etc.), just duplicate the file and save with different names.
Enjoy your editable pdf! I use them every day and love them.
From my home to yours,
Mary
