Inside the Planner – Meal Planning (Section 5 of 6)

If you didn’t know I love cranberry juice, the fresh kind, you’re going to find out in this video. I guess I start filming and all the random details start spilling out. This section I use at least once a week to plan out our meals.

Our kids have mac’n cheese or frozen pizza when we have date nights, so that gets written into the menu plan. (I keep those on hand because both have convenient gluten free versions for my little gluten-free child).

Meal planning isn’t just for fancy plans, it’s for your real life … to simplify and make things easier on yourself. Having a plan reduces stress! Taking a few minutes on the front-end of the week, makes feeding everyone easier all week long.

And seriously, once you start using my grocery list and menu planning sheet, you’ll never want to use anything else. They’re pretty fantastic.

If you don’t have your planner yet, get your pages ASAP!

All the files were in the same zip-file folder as the weekly planning pages. I found your order and re-sent the download link. Please let me know if you need more assistance. Thanks!
