Planner 0, 4 Year Old 1

This isn’t the first time my planner has come in handy for non-planning purposes. Carting around an active 4-year-old boy for all the errands necessary to get his sisters ready for school required a lot of patience for both him and I. He just wants to be home playing (I want to be home too!), but we have so.much.shopping to do!

When he gets restless, I hand him my planner and a pen. He will then go digging in my purse later for more colors.

He LOOOOVES filling out forms. These pages were not filled out hastily. He took time and care, usually talking out loud in play-talk.

He could write and draw and entertain himself like this FOR HOURS. A few months ago I forgot to pack him toys or movies for a 6 hour drive, but he entertained himself the whole time with one piece of paper on a clipboard and one pencil.

I don’t stress when he writes on my planner, because I can always print more pages for myself. Not being as worried about what every single page looks like lets me carry around my planner every where I go, where it is more likely to be useful than being left at home!

This is why I think everyone should get the planner download!

My planner has everything a normal planner does, but it also has built in home management organizing and planning.

I call my planner my brain, because I can write down all the things stressing me out and it remembers them for me, so I can actually focus on getting things done!

The score may look like Planner 0, 4-year-old 1, but there was also a win in there for me!

Order a Planner Download right now. And now that you don’t have to stress about replacement pages, because you can always print more … hand the planner to your 4-year-old without fear!

Happy Planning!

From my home to yours,
Mary

LOL! This just made my day. I’m impressed that he stayed within the lines and didn’t just write all over it, like most do. I love that he also added “period” to finish the phrases! =)
